Abeba Taddese joined the Results for Development team in June 2010. She works on several projects including the Ministerial Leadership Initiative and the Health Financing Task Force. Abeba has worked as a consultant on poverty and gender related issues in Sub-Saharan Africa. She also has experience working with several Washington DC area non profit organizations.

Abeba is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and holds an MA in International Relations from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies.
