Emilia Toro joined R4D in January of 2011. She is a Senior Program Associate supporting various projects within R4D's growing practice in Market Dynamics, which aims to develop market-based strategies for increasing global access to affordable, high-quality health commodities. She has experience working in the areas of community health and development in Latin America, as well as clinical health and research at a domestic institution. Ms. Toro holds a BA from Brown University where she studied International Development and Spanish.
