Governance Data Alliances Launches New Website and Report

March 1, 2016

Washington, D.C. — March 1, 2016 — Washington, DC — The Governance Data Alliance today launched a new website and report that together will strengthen the production, use, and impact of governance data.

New Online Platform
A new tool, governancedata.org, brings a range of governance data together for the first time. Through easy-to-use dashboards, users can compare, produce and aggregate high-quality data that donors and policymakers can then use to take action.

Report — Governance Data: Who Uses It and Why
A new report from the Governance Data Alliance — prepared by AidData — looks at whether governance assessments and scorecards actually influence policy. The report examines who produces governance data, who uses it, and which data is the most influential.
